How fast is my order processed?Items in stock are shipped the same day if the order is received by 2pm EST. Depending on your Continental USA location, you should get your order in 2 to 3 days. Holiday shipping pressure may cause delays, call or e-mail us if you have any concerns.
What if my item isn't in stock?Generally speaking, you will receive an order that is not in stock in 5 to 10 business days, but 3 days is the average delivery time.
How is my order shippedOur first choice for shipping is USPS Priority mail. If your entire order weighs less than a pound, it will be shipped first class mail. Is my purchase guaranteed?Yes. All of our merchandise is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. However, we cannot be responsible for wear and tear of a flag due to exposure to the elements, heat, cold, wind, rain, etc. We sell the very best quality flags made in the US, but leaving them outside day in and day out is hard work for a flag. Many of our flags do come with a color fade guarantee for 1 year but there is no guarantee on tattering over a period of time. If there is an obvious defect with a flag (rare) then by all means we will replace it.
What if I don't like the item I receive?Just ship the unused item in the original packaging it came in back to us, and after we verify it is in original condition we will refund your money ASAP.

How do I check the status of my order?Simply email us at usaflags@mac.com or call us at 1 877-477-FLAG, we generally will send you an email when we are printing the shipping label which will include the delivery confirmation number. Since we use usps it is not a tracking number, but a confirmation number, you will still normally be able to tell which usps hub the shipment has traveled through.
